The Gabrielle is our most open floor plan. The living room has a cathedral ceiling and corner fireplace with a built in entertainment center for a big screen TV or book shelf area. This plan has a first floor laundry. The Master Bedroom is placed on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms and has a walk-in closet. The u-shaped kitchen provides plenty of space for cooking. This home is 1416 sq. ft.

The Gabrielle I is similar to the Gabrielle. Differences include a larger kitchen with an island eating bar. The Master bedroom is larger and has a whirlpool/shower combo in the bath area. This house has an oversized 2-stall garage. This house is 1563 sq. ft.
